So we (or I should say just me) haven't posted since during our honeymoon in August!! Either we lead VERY boring lives or we've just been SOOO busy that the thought of posting has been a daunting task. Ok so we're not too boring (although I feel like sometimes we are).
The past few months have been packed with tons of fun (and not so fun things.)
Here's a recap (be prepared, it's going to be long):
August 2008:
Our honeymoon to Kauai and Maui was AMAZING! As much as we missed being home, we didn't want to leave the islands! We just had a blast being together, just the two of us (Sorry if the song gets in your head, it's now stuck in mine, mostly the Austin Powers version). We took a TON of pictures, which I have yet to put on Photobucket or something, but when I do I will be sure to post a link for your viewing pleasure, but for now see 2 posts ago for a few.
September 2008:
For Labor Day weekend Renee (Tim's sister) and I headed down to San Diego for a few days to attend a bridal shower for their cousin Holli. We had a good time and I even won one of the games (pin the boutonniere on the groom)!
September 11th is my dad's birthday and this year was a BIG one! He turned 50!! So to celebrate we went to Daniel's Broiler for dinner (ok so it was the night before his birthday but close enough.) If you've never been to Daniel's before, I highly recommend it! They have the BEST steaks EVER! But be prepared to pay a pretty penny for the meal!
Let's see what else happened in September....oh yeah....we found out that I'M PREGNANT!! The little one is due to arrive in May (the original due date was May 13th but now has been changed but I will explain in my next post.)
October 2008:
The first weekend in October we headed back down to San Diego for Holli's wedding. Tim's mom did all the flowers so we helped her set everything up before the wedding which was actually really fun! Holli looked gorgeous and her and Steven make a great couple! It was also really fun to get to see all of Tim's family again since some of them weren't able to make it up to Seattle in August for our wedding.
October 5th was my baby sister, Tori's 16th birthday!! We missed the actual day of her birthday since we were still in San Diego but we were able to celebrate with the family on Monday night right after we got home from the airport. I'd be careful driving out on the roads in Redmond and Sammamish because she got her LICENSE!! (I'm really starting to feel old now!)
October 21st was my brother, Brandon's birthday and it was his golden one! He turned the milestone of 21!! The family celebrated by going out for Mexican food (we're ALWAYS eating Mexican food!) After dinner and presents at home, Brandon went out to Kirkland with Dani and met up with a bunch of people to celebrate. Tim and I were going to go but seeing as though I can't drink in my current situation and it was also a work night, we opted to head home instead.

Honeymoon Update
So we're on day 3 (we got here late Tuesday night so it could be considered day 4) of our Hawaiian Honeymoon and we're still in Kauai. Today is actually our last full day here and we leave tomorrow afternoon for Maui!!
Here are a few pics from our trip so far. (I'll put the rest up on Photobucket when we get back home to Seattle.)

We went on a VERY cool helicopter tour of the island of Kauai on Wednesday and saw sooo many waterfalls!! It was one of the coolest things I've ever done!!
Tim and I inside the helicopter while up in the air!!
View of the Marriott Resort we're staying at from the helicopter.
Tim driving our rental car - a Jeep Wrangler!! So fun to cruise around the island in a convertible!
After breakfast each morning, we go for a walk down the beach and just enjoy being together in such a beautiful place.
Drawing in the sand on one of our walks.

Swimming in the pool at the resort on Thursday afternoon.
Having dinner Thursday night at Cafe Portofino (an Italian restaruant.) Thanks Renee for dinner!!
We're getting ready right now to go on an ATV tour and we even get to go swimming at a waterfall!! I will post about that later.
Miss you all!

We Did It!!!
We finally got married this past Saturday!! Boy am I glad that it's all over - HA! The stress of all the planning is finally gone and life can go back to what can be as close to normal as possible. (Maybe I'll even post more often now!!)
I don't have any pictures yet from the wedding. I'm actually dying to see some but no one has posted any yet on MySpace or Facebook or on their blogs!!! AHHH!!
We're actually leaving for Hawaii in just over 12 hours and the plan is to blog about our trip for those of you who may be interested to know what we're up to. So far we're booked to take a helicopter ride and ATV tour on Kauai and go to a luau on Maui. We're also hoping to go ziplining, horseback riding and snorkeling too!
Anyway, better go to bed so that I can get up and pack in the morning!

Bringing in the New Year
For the third year in a row, we headed over to our friend Dave's house (across the street) for a New Year's Eve party. Everyone gets all dressed up and dances the night away! It's always a blast!
Here are a couple of pictures from the night:
